volcano users having been facing this issue for sometime,you discover that after formatting your laptop or desktop your volcano box keep giving you this issue "Cannot Connect to server, Check whether the network is available, or use proxy solution" even when you have a strong network.The problem is not your pc or network problem but the solution is to update your Volcano_Module V3.1.0 from the link below,and copy to your yellowstone.
