● A compatible USB cable
●PC With Windows 7, Microsoft Windows 8, Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Microsoft Windows 10 as operating system.
● Backup the user content of the Microsoft Lumia device or of the Nokia Lumia device (optional).
● Minimum 4 to 5 GB free storage space from the computer.
● Download the WindowsDeviceRecoveryToolInstaller.exe file. Here
● Close after installion
● Download All lumia firmware From Here
● Create a new folder named Package from the Windows desktop.
● Move the Downloaded*.ffu file into the Package folder.
● Rename the *.ffu file to cmdc
● Lunch the Cmd command by entering this key on your keyboard {window key + r} as shown below.
● type "cmd" as shown below.
● Copy and paste this in the command prompt : cd "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Care Suite\Windows Device Recovery Tool"
For 32bit pc or
● cd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Care Suite\Windows Device Recovery Tool"
for 64 bit pc.
● Then finally copy and paste this also : thor2 -mode uefiflash -ffufile "%HomePath%\Desktop\Package\FullFlashUpdate.ffu" -do_full_nvi_update -do_factory_reset -reboot
● Press ENTER and Connect the phone,you will see something like this
